Dr. Hugh Milroy OBE, BTh, MA, Ph.D, DCL (h.c.), Chief Executive of Veterans Aid (VA) since 2005 and during this time the charity has been transformed to become the national “accident & emergency unit” for the Veteran community throughout the UK. He was appointed Chair of SCEA and Vice President of the WVF in November 2022.
